We need a place to reduce the pressures of life. God has provided a way to "Spiritually Decompress". A personal devotional time can be a place where burdens are lifted (Mark 1:35-39). There we can cast all our care upon him (1 PETER 5:7). By focusing on God's sufficiency we can experience His Peace (ISAIAH 26:3)
